After treatment
After processing stainless steel or aluminum sheet metal or machining parts by VDL Industrial Modules, you can have it post-treated. We do this for OEMs in hightech, mobility, energy, infratech and foodtech. With post-treatments we protect your products against corrosion and weather conditions, among other things, or we ensure a stylish design.
After treatments at VDL Industrial Modules
You can leave the entire production process of your mechatronic module or machine to us. From engineering to assembly and everything in between. This also includes post-treatments such as painting, powder coating and galvanizing, where we provide your products with a protective layer.
We do not do this ourselves, but outsource it to one of our selectively chosen partners. This means we can be sure of high quality and (delivery) reliability. To prevent damage during transport, we are also closely involved in the packaging of your products. Moreover, we take care of the transport ourselves.
Sheet metal engineers
At VDL Industrial Modules we are strong in implementation and engineering. Over the years we have built up an enormous amount of knowledge and experience in sheet metal. We know every possibility and limitation of the production of sheet metal constructions, including the post-treatment of metal. Moreover, our enthusiastic team of specialists knows everything about your market and its requirements.
That is why we are happy to think along with you about the best choice of materials, (optimal order of) operations and the correct way of assembling. And because we believe that things can always be improved, we continuously optimize both the process and your product.
